This is why today we are launching the Return to the Saddle challenge. A challenge that aims to be “the fast track” so that you can find yourself and who knows, surpass yourself!

How is your physical health?

Have the obstacles of the last year kept you from your health goals or have they hindered the practice of your good habits?

Most likely.

And that’s normal, life is a rodeo dotted with events that challenge our routine.

 

If this is the case, a little support is often what is needed to get back on the right path.

Here's how it works:

 

Upon registration you will receive a pre-challenge questionnaire to get to know yourself better and define your GOAL.

A first pre-challenge meeting to examine your functional movements and review the answers to the questionnaire.

A second meeting  to review together your training program on the Bridge platform and your food guide.

A third meeting halfway to follow up.

6 weeks of training including all our group classes and gym access. Two body composition scans if desired (one at the beginning and one at the end).

A final meeting to see if you have achieved your OBJECTIVE.
